FRANCHISE RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Department: Franchise Department
Reports To: Franchise Director

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible in interacting/ coordinating with franchise business partners.
• Event Organizing

• Supports in planning, organizing and staging events (i.e. sportsfest, teambuilding)
•
Consult and interface with management and suppliers to complete projects as scheduled
•
Monitors, Updates & keep tracks of company's files which includes store directory and manpower.
Implements activities/programs intended to strengthen/build relationship with franchisee/business partners
• Supports the system where franchise issues/concerns are identified, validated and channeled to concerned units/departments in the
organization for appropriate and timely solutions/actions; recommends improvements to ensure system efficiency and effectiveness.

 

NETWORK DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Department: Franchise Department
Reports To: Franchise Director

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for finding possible sites for expansion
• Manage Contracts of Lease and will serve as custodian of all lease information, legal documentation and files

• Will prepare financial projections and will pursue good public relations with the owners of prospective sites in order to establish
good business relationships.

 

FRANCHISING ASSISTANT
Department: Franchise Department
Reports To: Franchise Development Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
Attends to Franchise inquiries (phone, email, waik-in) and other concerns of Franchisees, Managing Directors, and Support Groups.
•
Takes charge of scheduling appointments, meetings with Franchisees
• Maintains a complete record/logbook of all sent and received documents, memos by the Franchising Unit.
•
Assists the Franchising team in facilitating programs and events for the Franchisees: e.g. Franchise Business Updates, Franchise
Exhibits, Annual Convention, etc,)

 

PURCHASING MANAGER
Department: Central Purchasing Department
Reports To: VP Logistics

Job Purpose:
Purchasing manager is to search for the highest quality merchandise at the lowest possible purchase cost for the company.

Purchasing managers evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and selection variety. They examine
catalogs, commerce publications and directories in order to find the right suppliers. Reputation is one of the main factors purchasing
managers use to determine whether or not they want to work with certain companies. While at meetings, trade shows and conferences
they inspect products and services, evaluate production and distribution abilities and consider all other aspects that may influence
purchasing decisions.


Main Responsibilities:
• Establishing foreign and domestic suppliers
•
Negotiating the lowest prices
• Administering online purchasing systems
• Acquiring materials and parts needed
• Structuring product contracts
• Studying sales records and inventory levels

• Placing orders and checking shipment
• Controlling departmental budgets
• Interviewing, hiring and overseeing staff
• Appraising products and services

Purchasing managers should be available to travel several days each month in order to attend conferences, trade shows and to meet
with suppliers.

Additional responsibilities of a purchasing management agent include analyzing market conditions, assisting in the planning of sales
promotions, aiding executives in order to decide the nature of the sale and working with advertisers to create ad campaigns for
newspapers, television and direct mail.
 

BUYER
Department: Central Purchasing Department
Reports To: Purchasing Manager

Main Responsibilities:
1)
Maintain the current stock level of regular items at all times by:
• Keeping inventory levels within the safety stock and target quantity levels set by the Purchasing Manager
•
Suggesting to stock below safety stock level or above target quantity level during foreseen price changes, supply uncertainties and
other special cases

• Computing required order quantity based on actual consumption trend or approved forecast as agreed with the Asst. / Purchasing
Manager

• Ensuring that the right ordered quantity is delivered on time, at the designated place and in accordance with specified standards.
Serves approved Requisition Slips from other Company units within the specified lead time

2. Ensures that all purchased items are of the right quality and is in accordance with pre-agreed specifications by:
Providing specification standards and approved samples duly signed by the asst. / purchasing manager or packaging items to the
receiving department for their reference and guidance

• Coordinating with R&D for selected product sampling and analysis of deliveries

• Evaluating, investigating and answering feedbacks from end-users properly and promptly
• Giving prompt feedbacks to suppliers on product quality

3. Ensures that each of the present and future suppliers will be able to supply 100% of the present and future
requirements of the company by:
Selecting at least 2 qualified suppliers per regular item procured that will conform to the company’s policy on quality, quantity,
service and price

• Recommending potential suppliers to the Asst / Purchasing Manager by submitting supplier profiles and assessment reports of
plant visits.


4. Ensures that product costs are maintained at its optimum level by:
• Negotiating for the fairest and most reasonable price of all purchased items
• Monitoring price trends based on economic, political and social factors and other reliable price indicators


5. Prepare and submits PO together with RS, canvass sheet and quotations (when necessary) for approval of
Purchasing Manager

6. Maintains and updates logbook and computer records – supplier directory; item files, PO delivery schedules

7. Ensures the promotion of the company’s best image in his dealings with the public
 

MARKETING SERVICES OFFICER
Department: Marketing Department
Reports To: VP Marketing

Main Responsibilities:
• Analyze Monthly Sales Performance
•
Consolidates and Review Store Marketing Plans
• Coordinates with Operations Managers, Area Managers, Franchise Group, Marketing and Store Managers regarding store's
actual sales and volume performance.
• Assists the stores in analyzing sales opportunities
• Responsible for safekeeping of all effective Local Store Marketing programs for possible sharing to other stores.
• Acts as point person for all concerns on Local Store Marketing
• Conducts store visit to check proper installation of Merchandising Materials

• Provides data and reports to Operations Head, Operations Manager and Area Managers
• Monitor competition and give advices to the stores 
• Creates and implements marketing programs for new stores to ensure sustained sales achievement.
• Ensure proper execution of Local Store Marketing activities aligned with the brand's direction and standards.

 

JUNIOR ARTIST
Department: Marketing Department
Reports To: Senior Artist

Main Responsibilities:

To create concepts and produce highly creative artworks to support the marketing plans in managing their
promotional and other advertising campaigns either on a local store or system wide based in a most cost efficient
and effective means.

Duties
:
• Must be able to prepare final artwork from design conceptualization, text, illustration, lay outing up to camera ready artwork
or any printing requirements.

•
Conceptualizes effective design according to specified task may it be on display, illustration or lay outing.
• Can propose different layout alternatives and most efficient advertising medium to his superior and be able to differentiate the
difference of each option.

• Can present original/unique artwork samples, mock ups, collaterals and package design.
Can produce and submit final artwork designs in its most presentable appearance.
• Able to mix colors to create identity and personality to design, attracts attention and sees to it that the color is being carried out
from presentation of preliminary and final layout in computer print out, suppliers color proofs up to final mass production of all printed
advertising media.

• Gathers and research modern techniques and design in terms of advertising.

• Gathers, research and innovate techniques and update designs in terms of latest trend in the market.
• Can operate different software in computer designs and manipulate all its functions and use it effectively to produce desired output.
• Contribute ideas and participates in a planning a program to motivate co-artist to work on a certain objective and encourage efficiency
and productivity within the department.

RESTAURANT MANAGER
Department: Operations Department
Reports To: VP Operations

Job Purpose:

Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well- prepared and profitable
service of food and beverages.


Main Responsibilities
:
• Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control
and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high quality of preparation and service.

•
Supervise operation of bar to maximize profitability, minimize legal liability, and conform to alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.
•
Continous training, and scheduling of food service personnel.
Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
•
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
•
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Review and monitor, with bookkeeper or other financial personnel, expenditures to ensure that they conform to budget limitations.
Work to improve performance.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
 
 

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Department: Operations Department
Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Job Purpose:

To assist the Restaurant Managers in the efficient daily organization and supervision of all food and beverage services and take sole
charge in the absence of the Restaurant Managers. To ensure that all standards of service are maintained to a high level within the
constraints of a set budget.


Main Responsibilities
:
• Ability to handle daily operational issues and solving problems that may arise
•
Training of new staff and junior staff towards higher level of customer satisfaction
• Handle stock ordering / taking, staff benefit, staff welfare and cashiering skill
• Assist outlet-in-charge in his/ her absent for discipline of staff and other admin issues
Positive attitude and passion toward serving the F&B industry
• As Supervisor, the post holder will take on duties of Restaurant Management. There are times when, due to operational
requirements and extended periods of weekend opening, the Supervisor may be in sole charge of a shift. They need to ensure that
all the duties of the waiting team are completed as well as attending to customer needs.

• To assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring standards, using the Standard Operating procedures Manual. Carry out on the job
training on new standards and ensure records are kept up to date as procedures change.

• Ensure all staff are wearing correct, clean uniform.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Ensure that regulations regarding Health & Safety, Fire and Food Hygiene are observed.
•
Report any faults to the Restaurant Managers to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for staff and customers.
• Assist with the collation and completion of cleaning duties and ensure accurate records are kept for due diligence.
• Ensure a high level of customer care is maintained at all times
To be able to assist with the service of alcoholic beverages, as required.
• Basic cash handling procedures to include taking cash payments and obtaining signatures from customers for account charges.
• Ensure that all signed charge notes are returned to the correct department for charging purposes and record of number of meals
served is maintained.

• Undertake stock takes of departmental equipment.
• Ensure that all catering areas are kept clean and tidy and that all service outlets are ready for guest use at the correct time.
• Ensure that both hot and cold beverages are set up for all services.
• Greet and seat all guests and ensure their requirements are met.  Ensure a fair workload between the team.
• Ensure that cleaning rotas are filled in daily and that working areas are left clean and tidy.
• Attend and run all necessary meetings in the absence of the Restaurant Managers.
• Ensure adequate staffing on duty to deliver the appropriate standard of service.
• Use of Kinetics system for function sheets, use of HR database for reporting of sickness absence and casual wages, use of MS Office
and Excel programs.

• To report any departmental maintenance issues and check work has been carried out.


Waitstaff


A
pplicants must be:
• 18-25 years old
• college level
• has a pleasing personality
• good communication skills and a background in restaurant
• He/she must also be responsible, hardworking, trust worthy, motivated and has initiative
• Strong customer service skills is an advantage.
• Women must at least be 5'2" while men must be at least 5'7" in height.
