Store Manager
Applicants must be:
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be proficient in the English language and able to communicate orally or written.
• Must be computer literate and adept in the following programs: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area.
• Have knowledge of service, food, and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/
or assistant management positions.
• Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to be assigned to the night shift
• Must have the stamina to work 60 hours per week.
Job Description of a Store Manager:
Oversee product quality and operational standards. Direct marketing efforts and adapt to market conditions. Manage and train other managers. Manage sales and profitability, and oversee the budget and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities of a
Store Manager:
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking,
and serving standards.
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of
employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies
and procedures.
• Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the
restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure that all products are received in correct unit count and condition and deliveries are performed in accordance with the
restaurant’s receiving policies and procedures.
• Ensures execution of monthly marketing plan.
• Continually strive to develop staff in all areas of managerial and professional development.
• Train and develop new managers.
• Make employment and termination decisions.
• Conduct weekly manager meetings.
• Manage shifts as needed.
• Oversee and ensure that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis.
• Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any
and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures.
• Schedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labors
cost objectives are met.
• Fully understand and comply with all county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of
the restaurant, employees and guests.
• Carry out restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and campaigns.
Waitstaff
Applicants must be:
• 18-25 years old
• college level
• has a pleasing personality
• good communication skills and a background in restaurant
• He/she must also be responsible, hardworking, trust worthy, motivated and has initiative
• Strong customer service skills is an advantage.
• Women must at least be 5'2" while men must be at least 5'7" in height.
HR Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities of an HR Assistant:
• Directly reports to Human Resources Department Head
• Maintain office files and employee records
• Updates the system on changes in employee’s personal data
• Proficient in handling Employee Relations inquiries
• Processes and administers staff loans
• Prepares all documentation and verifications for employees who avail of company loans and other employee benefits
• Maintains an organized filing system of all documents , records
• Checks/verifies attendance sheets of employees
Applicants must be:
• A Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resource Management graduate
• With above average academic
credentials
• Preferably with experience in
general administrative functions and
