Pier One's Support System
1. Use of Trade Name & Proprietary marks.
2. Initial site assessment.
3. Training in the Pier One systems for the franchisee  and initial branch employees.
4. Site design and construction assistance.
5. Procurement program.
6. Marketing assistance.
7. Pre-opening assistance.
8. Grand opening assistance.
9. Post opening assistance.
10. An opening team for the franchisee’s first month of  operations.
11. Continuing research and development of Pier One’s product line.
12. Regular field visitations by Pier One's operations team to give on-site assistance.
13. Training programs throughout the year.
14. Systematic regular communications with franchisees.


Franchise Application System

Initial Steps
Step 1 - Franchise Applicant
1. Express interest in the Pier One business concept by faxing (809-3374 or 636-5175) or mailing a Letter of Intent addressed to:

2. Letter of Intent must contain the following:
• Name, address and contact details of interested party
• Interest in a Pier One franchise
• Proposed site , inclusive of complete address and location map

Containing:
• Name of the interested party
• Expressed interest in a franchise
• Proposed site and location (with complete address and
   location map)

Step 2 – Pier One Bar and Grill Holdings Corporation
1. Do an initial assessment of the proposed site upon receipt of the Letter of Intent
2. Determine the most feasible business model
3. Get in touch with Franchise Applicant and send over the Franchise Qualification form and brochure if when approved.

Step 3 - Franchise Applicant
1. Fill out Qualification form
2. Send it back to Pier One

Step 4 - Pier One Bar and Grill Holdings Corporation
1. Review Qualification form
2. Schedule meeting with Franchise Applicant to discuss other procedures

Once you have met the Pier One criteria and in accordance with our franchising regulations, you will be provided with a copy of our Franchising Agreement. After you have reviewed this document, we will contact you to arrange a personal meeting. This will give you an opportunity to experience Pier One first hand. When all questions have been answered satisfactorily, a determination may then be made whether you wish to join the Pier One Family.
